Message	for EGT 1/8" NPT thermocouples? I'm talking about maybe MSP or AMS cast iron manifolds, or even stock ones (obviously when outside the car to avoid getting metal in the turbos), can they be drilled and tapped without the danger of cracking them? I want to have the probes installed before the turbos for more accurate EGT readings. Has anyone ever done this? It would be much easier to do it on the down pipes with EGT weld bungs, but unfortunately you can't weld to the cast iron headers. Will the reading be much off the actual EGT if the probe is installed after the turbos? Thanks
